UCF baseball earns third straight Big 12 series win against Texas Tech

UCF baseball hosted Texas Tech at John Euliano Park for the first time since 2013, securing their third-consecutive Big 12 series win.

In game two of the series, senior pitcher Dom Stagliano pitched 6.1 innings while giving up one run off three hits and striking out five batters. After Stagliano's outing, senior pitcher Chase Centala took the mound to earn his sixth save of the season, making him the leader in Big 12 saves.

War on I-4: Knights take series against South Florida

After besting the FAU Owls in a midweek matchup, the Knights won two of three games against the Bulls and brought their season record to 8-1. Students, alumni and some faculty banded together at UCF as part of a statewide walkout demonstration on Memory Mall on Thursday to protest Gov. Ron DeSantis’ recent pushes in educational reform.

Knights Under the Stars offers a once-in-a-lifetime celestial experience

Attendees gathered outside of the Robinson Observatory on Monday for the first Knights Under the Stars event of the spring semester to view a comet that has been unseen for 50,000 years.

As the sun went down, attendees began shuffling into the grassy area outside of the observatory and got into lines at different telescope stations. The telescopes featured an up-close view of many different celestial bodies, such as Jupiter and its moons, Mars, Earth’s moon, and the comet.
